I have never really considered that people might have a theme to their wedding until I spoke to a friend who said that she had been to a couple of western weddings recently. I had never heard of doing this before and so I was really interested to find out more and she explained that the groom was wearing a cowboy hat and the bride had boots instead of heels and a white veiled cowboy hat. I think it would certainly make for a unique occasion and would be great fun if all of the guests dressed appropriately as well and of course the more of them that were Western fans the better really as they would all appreciate the theme.

My friend said that the one wedding had western wedding accessories in the sense that the favors were all cowboy hats overflowing with sweets and the table confetti was horseshoes in a silver colour and the cake was four horseshoe shaped layers with white and silver icing. Also trends and fashions change and it is a good idea to keep on top of what is going on so that you can do something that fits in with the latest trends and fashions. I must admit that I even buy the occasional brides magazine so that I can look at the dresses and imagine which one might be the best for me!
